Refund Policy

Free trials

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during it. Cancel before the trial ends — from your Billing & Plan page — and you will never be charged.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first charge and to each renewal charge.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment partner, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using your order email, or contact us through the contact page and we will help you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period — you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel within the 30-day window above, you can still request a refund for that charge.
