They decide what goes in the product and, more often, what stays out.
Simple by default
A two-person remodeler should never see a submittal register. Complexity appears only when the project earns it.
One set of numbers
The estimate, the budget, the commitment and the invoice all reference the same cost code. No reconciliation theater.
Field first
If a superintendent can't do it one-handed in the rain, it doesn't ship.
Nothing invented
Reports and assistants only state what your project data actually says.
